You agree to provide accurate personal and contact information when booking or registering. You are responsible for adhering to safety instructions at all venues, respecting equipment, and following local conservation rules. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
NovaStralis acts as a coordinator and educator. We are not liable for weather conditions, astronomical events that fail to materialise, or personal injury arising from negligence of the participant. Our liability is limited to the total fee paid for the specific service in question.
All educational materials, guides, and digital content provided during programs remain the property of NovaStralis. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to safety concerns, extreme weather, or insufficient participation. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or credit. NovaStralis may terminate access to services if you violate these terms or applicable law.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
